We are looking for an agent who has knowledge of transportation laws, including Law 430 and dangerous goods.

Advantages
- Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office Monday to Thursday)
- 8:30-5pm schedule
- Annual salary of $55,000
- Inclusive insurance program, 100% paid by the company, after one month 
- RRSP program (5% by employer with a 2% contribution of employee)
- 3 weeks vacation, 10 sick days and 3 personal days
Responsibilities
-  Coordinate the documents for new rentals and returns
-  Obtain and organize all documents relevant to road transport
-  Audit drivers' files in terms of permits and administrative requirements
-  Update and analyze the Excel file of the day sheets (register)
-  Update and analyze the inspection reports
-  Prepare and transmit communications related to compliance management
-  Prepare the payroll for car drivers (local and long-distance)
-  Send the PDF of the statement by email to the drivers 
-  Creation of drivers and vehicles files
-  Prequalification and compliance of ground suppliers (carriers, parking spaces, etc.);
-  Replace the administrative clerk, road transport, as required;
-  Perform any other related tasks, as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in transport laws, especially law 430 (mandatory) and hazardous materials
- Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Punctuality
- Strong ability to work as part of a team
- Good computer skills: Excel, AS400 environment (an asset)
- Good ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
