We are looking for a talented individual who can coordinate the transportation needs across Quebec regions, being the in-between our partners and carriers, responsible for ensuring timely shipments, proper documentation, and final invoices.

Advantages
Permanent position
Option of full time work availability (40-hours) or 3 days a week (24 hours)
Paid 40$/hr to 45$/hr based on experience (option for yearly salary as well instead of hourly)
Work from home available with availability to come to Montreal office when required

Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Supervise and oversee the companies road deliveries activities of liquefied Renewable Natural Gas (RNGL) in Quebec
- Ensure the processes operate efficiently, cost-effectively and in alignment with corporate objectives
- Master the Transport Agreement in-between between partners and subcontracted carrier
- Planning road deliveries between plants in Quebec regions (Cacouna to Sainte-Claire)
- Ensure all documentation required for the transport component is completed
- Ensure that invoicing is performed according to services rendered
- Improve efficiency by optimizing processes, systems and overall logistics
- Resolve issues and make decisions with support of management
Qualifications
- Certification in logistics or supply chain
- Proven 2 to 5 years experience in logistics coordination for over-the-road transport
- Exceptional top-of-the-line organizational skills
- Experience in the transportation of dangerous goods (an asset)
- Ability to work independently and be autonomous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
