Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact, warmly meeting and greeting visitors and clients in a professional office setting.
Manage inbound phone calls, utilizing strong logical and detail-oriented skills to assist callers and transfer them to the appropriate queues.
Provide empathetic and resilient customer service, effectively navigating conversations with clients inquiring about sensitive topics like insurance claims.
Perform various administrative duties including processing paperwork, handling registered mail, and managing office supplies/organization.
Utilize MS Excel and other computer systems to multitask and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1.5+ years of recent Reception experience (this experience must be clearly reflected on your resume).
Administrative Skills: Strong overall administrative background with proficient MS Excel skills.
Communication: Excellent, professional English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in all situations.
Work Ethic: Highly reliable, detail-oriented, punctual, and an excellent multitasker.
Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada.
