Responsibilities
Strategy & Governance: Oversee the full content lifecycle (creation, maintenance, unpublishing) and co-develop guidelines to ensure a consistent brand voice.
Writing & Optimization: Write engaging and intuitive content for various platforms and create simplified user journeys to facilitate access to information.
Research & Analysis: Conduct research to understand target user friction points and analyze content performance to recommend improvements.
Training & Support: Create templates and tools to support collaborators, and train contributors/managers on UX writing best practices.
Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure timely and effective content delivery via appropriate channels (e.g., newsletters, SharePoint).
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of relevant experience combining User Experience (UX) and Written Communications.
Proficiency with the SharePoint platform for content management.
Demonstrated experience in user research and information architecture.
Ability to train and coach other collaborators (simplifying complex concepts).
Bilingualism (French and English) is required, both spoken and written.
**Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written).
