Responsibilities
Strategic Consultation: Provide clear, directional advice and recommendations on user experience best practices to stakeholders and technical teams.
Interface Evaluation: Critically analyze existing and proposed interfaces to identify usability challenges and articulate actionable feedback to improve the overall design.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather feedback, define requirements, and align UX goals with broader project objectives.
UI Partnership: Partner closely with UI developers to suggest, design, and implement optimal components that elevate the end-user experience.
Qualifications
Education: A degree in Design, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
Experience: 8+ years of overall experience in design, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on designing interactive experiences.
Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of interaction and UI design. Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
5 to 10 years of experience dedicated to UX design and strategy.
Proven track record working on enterprise-grade interfaces or complex, data-heavy systems.
Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present design recommendations, influence technical teams, and guide stakeholder decisions.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify user friction points and propose creative, structural solutions.
A professional portfolio or selection of work samples demonstrating your design process, wireframes, and problem-solving capabilities.
