Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces from initial concept through to launch
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, copywriting, marketing, and research teams to enhance the user experience
Contribute to user testing efforts and analyze results to iterate on proposed solutions
Leverage existing design systems while identifying opportunities for improvement
Create wireframes, prototypes, customer journey maps, and other UX design deliverables
Translate business requirements and user needs into tangible product features
Provide and receive constructive feedback to continuously raise the quality of the product design
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
Excellent proficiency in Figma and solid understanding of design systems
Strong ability to articulate and translate business objectives into effective UX solutions
Experience with user research and usability testing tools (e.g., usertesting.com) is an asset
Proven skills in creating user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design files
E-commerce experience and A/B testing knowledge are a plus
Relevant education in UX/UI design, graphic design, communication, e-commerce, or a related field
Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and evolving the digital experience, working within the Acquisition team, which oversees online quoting tools and the purchase journey across multiple brands. Reporting to the Design Manager, your main responsibilities will include creating user-centered experiences, translating user needs and business requirements into engaging digital features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design customer journeys and enhance internal processes.
