Responsibilities
-Build fabrication quality models for a variety of piping systems
-Design mechanical plumbing systems, following local codes and project documents
-Develop system drawings via BIM capabilities
-Produce: coordination drawings, as-built drawings, and shop/spool drawings for fabrication
-Assist with survey layouts (sleeving, anchors, underground)
-Troubleshoot field technical issues
-Read and interpret construction drawings
-Further responsibilities as required
Qualifications
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Revit, Office Suite (Excel)
-Additional experience with programming, site experience, fabrication, CADmep, BIM360, considered an asset
-Experience in a construction environment, mechanical/plumbing an asset
-Knowledge of building codes
-Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
