Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage all aspects of the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
-Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring a high level of performance and accountability.
-Utilize expertise in NetSuite and other financial software to streamline and optimize financial processes.
-Take ownership of full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications
-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is mandatory.
-Proven experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is required.
-Demonstrated ability to manage a team of at least 5 members effectively.
-Proficient in NetSuite and other relevant financial software.
-Exceptional knowledge and experience in full-cycle accounting.
-Strong reporting skills with the ability to analyze and communicate financial data effectively.
