Responsibilities
Unload and offload incoming freight containers quickly and safely to clear high-volume backlog.
Operate Crown reach trucks, order pickers, and receiving driving equipment to move heavy-duty palletized inventory across the warehouse.
Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately using RF scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Manage and process incoming returns with precision (for dedicated Returns position).
Maintain a safe, organized workspace while adhering to all personal protective equipment (PPE) and warehouse safety standards.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience operating reach truck equipment within the last year (formal certification is welcomed, but recent practical experience is accepted).
Comfortable consistently lifting up to 50 lbs (handling heavy-duty truck parts and axles).
Familiar with handheld RF scanners (Motorola MC93 preferred) and digital Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Equipped with steel-toe safety boots and high-visibility gear, with a strong mind for workplace safety.
Ready to commit to full-time hours, including mandatory training, and eager to showcase performance for potential long-term rollover opportunities.
