While the immediate supervisor primarily communicates in English, bilingualism (French/English) is highly valued and required for long-term advancement and mobility within the organization. Strong communication, both verbally and written, in French and/or English is essential for daily operations, but professional fluency in French will be a key factor if your goal is to grow into leadership or specialized roles within this Dorval facility.
