Location: Industrial Road, Milton, ON
Pay: $22.00/hr + Overtime Opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full-Time, 40 hrs/wk)
Shifts: Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) OR Afternoons (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)

Randstad Canada is hiring a Material Handler for a leading Electric Vehicle (EV) client in Milton. This role is 80% General Labor and 20% Forklift Operation, focusing on processing inbound, outbound, and internal materials.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, pack, weigh, and load outbound trucks for customer and site orders.
Maintain Work-in-Process (WIP) database accuracy and on-hand inventory balances.
Safely operate forklift equipment for material movement (~20% of shift).
Qualifications
Experience/certification in forklift operation.
Ability to handle physical general labor duties and heavy lifting (~80% of shift).
Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities
Perform incoming inspections to verify material condition, quantity, and accuracy against documentation.
Pick, stage, and process outbound customer orders accurately.
Transport materials safely between internal departments and warehouse zones.
Complete all required inventory paperwork and recordkeeping accurately.
Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and complete replenishment tasks to maintain stock levels.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and receiving errors.
Update tracking databases and retrieve material info using company software systems.
Execute additional warehouse support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid lift truck license with proven experience operating Counterbalance, Reach Truck, and Order Picker equipment (including Fall Arrest certification).
Solid background in picking, packing, and general warehouse operations.
Strong overall warehouse experience and familiarity with standard distribution procedures.
