Responsibilities
A Day in the Life as a Warehouse Team Leader:
•Lead, coach, and train a team of 15 to 20 material handlers to hit daily goals in receiving, order picking, safety, and productivity.
•Serve as the primary on-site decision-maker to resolve operational bottlenecks smoothly and professionally.
•Oversee inventory accuracy and execute regular cycle counts on warehouse stock.
•Manage daily dispatching for contract carriers, building positive working relationships with drivers and helpers.
•Partner with the Operations Manager to evaluate workflow metrics, refine delivery routes, and eliminate errors.
•Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace compliant with operational standards.
Qualifications

•Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership/supervisory role (warehouse, retail, manufacturing, or general operations).
•Leadership Style: "Firm but smooth" communication skills, strong diplomacy, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
•Logistics & Language: Mandatory bilingualism (French and English) and reliable personal transportation to the Boucherville facility.
•Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with cycle counting data.
•Availability: Ability to work a full-time schedule that includes weekend shifts (e.g., Wednesday–Sunday or Tuesday–Saturday).
