Responsibilities
Work with the marketing team to:
Design, code, implement, and maintain webpages using HTML/CSS/PHP;
Improve website UX/UI, accessibility, and overall website performance;
Support SEO best practices in webpage structure, content presentation, and digital experiences;
Collaborate with Marketing, Front End, Development, and other departments to support business objectives and improve workflows;
Use AI tools to improve productivity, workflow efficiency, coding support, and creative processes;
Analyze user feedback and identify opportunities to improve website performance and customer
experience;
Participate in QA/testing processes before launch to ensure quality standards are met;
Maintain brand consistency across websites, digital assets, and marketing initiatives;
Develop advertisements and creative assets for various campaigns and opportunities;
Design and produce email campaigns and supporting assets (BeeFree, Mailchimp, or equivalent platforms);
Design and produce graphic materials including manuals, datasheets, packaging, flyers, social media assets, presentations, and other digital or print materials;
Support photography, image manipulation, video editing, and multimedia projects as required;
Continuously discover and implement best practices, emerging technologies, and process improvements;
Communicate inter-departmentally to gain understanding of company processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate may be required to carry out other responsibilities in order to meet changing business needs and technology standards.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
Portfolio required
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a corporate, agency, or commercial environment (excluding internships and schooling);
Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required);
Advanced experience with HTML/CSS;
Experience implementing responsive webpages and digital experiences;
Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices;
Strong experience with Bootstrap;
Strong experience with PHP;
Experience with MySQL or equivalent database environment;
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, coding support, research, and creativeworkflows;
- English spoken with a functional French (spoken and written)
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
