Responsibilities
Inventory & Procurement Management
Maintain optimal levels of spare part inventory to support operational continuity.
Identify and implement efficiencies in spares distribution processes.
Monitor and track requisitions for material orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Create and process purchase orders (POs) and invoices with accuracy and compliance.
Financial & Budget Oversight
Track project financials, including committed and actual spend against budget.
Provide support for budget planning and budget requisition activities.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and distribute comprehensive project reports to stakeholders.
Proactively identify opportunities for value-added reporting and insightful analysis.
Highlight key risks and opportunities through data-driven insights.
Project Coordination & Support
Facilitate project meetings and cross-functional collaboration as needed.
Provide ad hoc support across various projects and operational functions.
Perform accurate and timely data entry related to inventory, new information, and project changes.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Excel skills.
