Customer Service Administrator | Ville Saint-Laurent

Department: Randstad Canada's Head office
Permanent position
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
• 3 days per week/ working in our Ville Saint-Laurent office
• 1 day per week/ work from home (once finished training and objectives are met)
• 1 day per week/ work from a Randstad office closest to your home (once finished training and objectives are met)

A day in the life of a Customer Service Administrator:
•Ensure all calls and emails from contractors, clients and internal staff are responded to and resolved on a timely basis and in a professional manner;
• Finding solutions to customer inquiries for our 60 branches all over Canada
• Process various payroll related documents (i.e. timesheets, expenses, employment confirmations ect)
•Prepare various types of recurring and ad hoc reports (i.e Wage Report, SIN 9, ect.)
•Participate in projects for client implementations, process improvements and system upgrades


Do you have what it takes:
• Minimum 2 years of successful customer service experience
• Bilingual in french AND English (written & spoken)
• Ability to initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of multiple demands.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented
•Autonomy
• Teamwork
• Goal-oriented
