Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities for this eCommerce Project Manager at this Retail & Food Distribution leader in Terrebonne / Varennes;
Governance & Methodology Compliance: Comply with the company's project governance approach, underlying methodology, and standard PMO templates.
Project Planning & Scheduling: Prepare project kickoff and build detailed project schedules (WBS, tasks, responsibilities, effort, and budget tracking).
Strategy & Governance Leadership: Develop project strategies and lead weekly, ad-hoc, and sponsorship project committees.
Reporting & Accountability: Manage weekly and periodic project status reporting for the Project Management Office (PMO) Director.
Stakeholder & Change Management: Manage project communications in collaboration with the change management team and effectively drive stakeholder engagement.
Risk & Budget Management: Proactively identify and monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and overall financial tracking.
Project Closure & Transition: Oversee formal project closure deliverables and manage the seamless transition to the operational model.
Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required for this eCommerce Project Manager at this Retail & Food Distribution leader in Terrebonne / Varennes;
Significant experience managing large-scale projects within major enterprise environments.
Proven track record in eCommerce and digital project management (considered a strong asset).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
Experience working in structured environments with formal governance, methodology, and accountability frameworks.
Strong rigor in tracking schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and project dependencies.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
Experience in retail, grocery, food distribution, or similar sectors is a strong asset.
