Receptionist and Human Resource Assistant
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager of the Industrial Division, the person we are looking for for the position of Receptionist and Human Resources Officer will be based at our Baie-d'Urfé plant, in charge of reception and supporting HR activities.

Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, new employees, suppliers, guests and candidates
Participate in recruitment for plant positions, to support HR at the 2 plants
Answer the telephone and screen calls
Be the first point of contact for all callers and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Inform employees of their benefits, shoe coupons, group insurance, etc.
Receive and distribute mail
Manage conference room reservations
Control inventory and place orders for office supplies
Act as intermediary between Accounting and the Vice-President for invoice approval and signature
Collaborate in the billing process and manage petty cash
Provide quality control support for various projects
Support the sales team in the sampling process
Manage coffee machines and supplies
Manage uniforms in collaboration with our external supplier
Perform data entry for various departments
Participate in projects
Any other related human resources or office tasks
Qualifications
AEC or DEC in administration or related field (an asset)
1 to 3 years' experience in a similar position
Experience in human resources (an asset)
Customer-oriented and personable;
Bilingualism required, both written and spoken (French and English)
Excellent command of the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Sense of professionalism and discretion
