Source Parts: Find and buy the right mechanical parts at the best price.
Help the Team: Answer parts requests quickly from mechanics, field technicians, and customers.

Keep it Moving: Work fast to get parts delivered so equipment can be fixed without delays.

Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of incoming parts calls, emails, and faxes on time, while actively researching part numbers for technician shop work orders and customers.
Ensure accurate parts inventory within the warehouse, maintaining optimal stock levels for use in the shop and by road service technicians.
Handle the entire administrative portion of tasks in the ERP system, including entering orders, managing warranty documents, preparing quotes, and generating purchase orders.
Manage the full back-order process by obtaining vendor delivery dates, updating the system, and keeping technicians informed of delayed items.
Oversee the efficiency of shipping and receiving to guarantee parts are organized and dispatched on time.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience is highly preferred, specifically within the material management or auto parts industries
Strong PC and keyboarding skills (60 WPM), featuring advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Must possess exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while multitasking to meet deadlines
Excellent clear and concise communication skills (oral and written), paired with a well-defined sense of diplomacy and conflict resolution.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; additional post-secondary education is considered a strong asset.
