Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing existing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and overseeing the successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction industry, particularly in the context of retail stores, fixtures, displays, and signage.

Responsibilities
Account Management:
-Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
-Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
-Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth project delivery.
Business Development:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail construction sector.
-Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
-Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
Project Oversight:
-Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
-Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure client satisfaction.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Industry Knowledge:
-Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in retail construction, store fronts, displays, and signage.
-Leverage your knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications

Experience:
-Proven track record of at least 3 in sales management within the construction industry, with a focus on retail stores and fixture installations.
Industry Knowledge:
-In-depth understanding of retail construction, store fronts, displays, and signage.
-Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Communication Skills:
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to articulate complex construction concepts to clients and team members.
Relationship Building:
-Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with clients and stakeholders.
Results-Driven:
-Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
