Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume positions (skilled and unskilled labor).
Develop innovative sourcing strategies (social media, local events, community partnerships).
Collaborate closely with Site Managers to understand their specific operational needs.
Ensure a seamless and memorable candidate experience, even in a high-volume context.
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and analyze key recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), ideally in an industrial setting.
Proven expertise in managing high-volume recruitment cycles.
Bilingualism (English/French) is essential to collaborate across various locations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
