Experience: 7+ years of progressive professional experience in Global Payroll Management, HR Project Management, HRIS Implementation, or large-scale enterprise transformation delivery.
Global Payroll Implementation Mastery: Proven track record leading at least one full-cycle global payroll implementation or multi-country vendor transition for a mid-to-large enterprise.
Testing & Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of global payroll compliance, internal controls, and rigorous testing methodologies (UAT, Parallel Runs).

Project Governance & Change Management: Strong project management background with the ability to build logic-linked schedules, manage RAID items, and analyze change impacts.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, storytelling, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
Education: Formal degree is not required; equivalent professional experience and demonstrated project delivery capabilities are prioritized.
