Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Customer Data Access: Yes, this role requires secure system access to client and account profiles.

Responsibilities
High-Volume Processing: Execute multi-step manual and automated financial transactions accurately and on time, ensuring strict alignment with established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Data & Tool Management: Navigate complex technical workflows drawing data across multiple internal systems, databases, and collaboration platforms.
Audit & Compliance Due Diligence: Investigate, document, and process transactional adjustments; identify and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities in accordance with enterprise regulatory frameworks (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Data Privacy).
Partner Relationships & Leadership
Dual Stakeholder Interaction: Effectively manage inquiries, clarify transaction discrepancies, and respond to concerns from both internal corporate partners and external clients.
Team Synergy: Actively participate in daily operational huddles (30–45 minutes daily) to coordinate work distribution, transfer process knowledge, and suggest process efficiency improvements.
Leadership Focus: Step up as a peer mentor within a 10-member squad, demonstrating strong professionalism and adhering to the corporate Code of Conduct.
Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in a banking, corporate operations, or financial accounting environment.
Technical Savviness: Strong operational comfort with Microsoft 365 (advanced Excel capabilities are a must), Confluence, and SharePoint.
Communication & Professionalism: Flawless communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) tailored for a professional corporate environment.
Core Competencies: Crucial attention to detail, a flawless track record for mathematical accuracy, and an understanding of data privacy rules.
Education: Post-secondary degree or college diploma in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related business discipline.
Foundational Leadership: Proven capability to take initiative, think critically about workflows, and guide peers collaboratively.
Adaptability: High comfort level managing shifting priorities and navigating variable tasks daily.
Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative, team-oriented individual who excels at building cross-functional relationships.
Prior banking or financial sector experience.
Understanding of compliance processes, registered accounts, and bank transfers (e.g., KYC checks).
Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional trade, loan, or cash product processing guidelines.
