Position: Administrative Assistant
Full time, permanent opportunity.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (flexible working hours)
Location: City of LaSalle, Qc
Working model: 100% in office
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 - negotiable depending on experience
Vacation: 3 weeks (plus one week during the holiday season and 2 weeks during construction break)

Responsibilities
The selected person will handle the following responsibilities:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has:
- Good knowledge of accounts payable / accounts receivable / Credit card reconciliation;
- Reconciliation of bank accounts;
- Administrative tasks and provide support to project managers, engineers and managers;
- Documentation regarding public tender submissions
- 70% of responsibilities will be administrative tasks, such as coordinating employee travel;
- Order and organize equipment as needed;
- Classify and label files
- other related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
What you must bring:
- Have at least 5 years of administrative experience;
- Master French and English spoken and written;
- Know and master Microsoft Word, Excel and Quickbooks software
- Experience in an SME in the construction and/or in the performing arts industry is an asset;
