As an administrative assistant, you will play a key role within the organization by providing essential support to management. You will act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications in a stimulating and constantly evolving environment.
Language Requirement: Bilinguisim (French and English, spoken and written) is required for this position, as the candidate will be required on a daily basis to communicate with suppliers, partners, and clients located outside of Quebec.
Advantages

Salary: $ 55,000 to $ 65,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week) — Position also open to a part-time schedule

Responsibilities
Ensure daily communication and follow-up with tenants (information requests, service requests, lease renewals).
Prepare, draft, and follow up on leases, rent increase notices, and other official documents.
Perform billing, rent collection, and follow-ups on overdue client/tenant accounts.
Prepare and record bank deposits.
Enter, verify, and process invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
Participate in the preparation of account statements and property budget monitoring.
Update tenant records and maintain the database.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in administrative support or secretarial work (experience in residential real estate or property management is a strong asset).
Proficiency in basic accounting/billing concepts.
Bilingualism in French and English.
