Responsibilities
Someone who is able to deal with numbers in a day to day basis
Documenting and inputting information on Excel spread sheets
Detailed and timely logging of payment exceptions
Prepare bank deposits for remote scanning
Assist in the opening and logging of finance mail items
Key large quantity of financial transactions with a minimal error rate
Work in a fast paced, high volume environment
Assist with financial audit deliverables
Working with customers to ensure that calls are made promptly and following up to ensure the proper completion of jobs.
Someone who will be working alongside several departments
Qualifications
Strong administrative skills
Team player, good communication skills, and willing to learn
Strong attention to detail
Payment processing or relevant experience required
Bilingual (English and French) (spoken and written)
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
Has a working knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within the financial industry
Good written and verbal communication skills
