Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
-Manage and organize paperwork, documents, and electronic information.
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
-Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
-Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
-Collaborate with team members to facilitate a positive and productive work environment.
-Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
-Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in the administrative field
- Well versed in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills are a must!
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an efficient manner while working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision while still being a team player
- An overall friendly, positive attitude, flexible and open to learning
