- Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week, flexible hours
- Salary varies from 50k to 65k depending on experience
- Insurance provided after 3 months' probation

Responsibilities
- Determine driver and equipment requirements for deliveries
- Plan and coordinate drivers' work on the road (dispatching)
- Coordinate appointments with our transportation partners
- Prepare and transmit quotes to our customers
- Greet carriers, direct them appropriately and answer incoming calls
- Verify and compile drivers' route sheets and delivery notes
- Carry out transport invoicing
Qualifications
- College or university education in transportation logistics, administration or other relevant training
- Experience in the transportation
- Knowledge and mastery of the Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new software
- Thoroughness, professionalism and customer focus
- Ability to express oneself in French and English, both orally and in writing
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends on occasion
- Availability for occasional travel
