Responsibilities
- Onboard new drivers
- Act as the primary liaison with the insurance company, continuously following up on claims to ensure a timely resolution
- Process insurance renewals, as well as SAAQ license and plate renewals
- Inventory checks and monitor fuel prices
- Update and maintain the database, keep up to date with truck repairs, scheduling and following regulations
- Support the office manager with other related tasks related to Drivers, Shipments, Orders and Billing.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in a similar role (safety & compliance or administration in a trucking company)
- Ability to analyze problems and find solutions quickly
- Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations (asset)
- Professionalism and good organizational skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Bilingual (French & English) mandatory
