Responsibilities
Discovery & Pre-Project Evaluation: Elicit, clarify, and structure business and stakeholder requirements aligned with core strategic objectives; conceptualize initial target workflows and solution scopes.
Agile Project Delivery: Fully detail and prioritize functional, non-functional, and transition requirements; draft comprehensive user stories and direct-to-market business specifications.
Process Engineering: Design and model future-state business processes using industry-standard mapping methodologies, ensuring lean and highly effective operational procedures.
Strategic Alignment & Financial Analysis: Validate that delivery roadmaps align with broader organizational goals; produce financial value assessments and analyze the operational impacts of project rollouts.
Executive Communication: Create and deliver high-impact executive presentations for key project milestones and product ownership roadmaps.
Continuous Improvement: Champion business analysis excellence by sharing best practices across delivery squads and contributing to iterative workflow optimizations.
Qualifications
A minimum of five (5) years of dedicated experience in business analysis, specifically focused on defining and architecting complex corporate solutions.
At least two (2) years of hands-on experience acting as a Business Analyst within IT delivery teams operating under structured Agile frameworks.
Advanced mastery of business analysis methodologies established by the BABOK guide.
Expertise in business process modeling techniques, specifically using BPMN 2.0.
Functional, foundational knowledge of the Enterprise Architect tool.
Possession of a recognized professional certification from the IIBA (CBAP, CCBA, AAC, or ECBA) or an equivalent professional designation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups.
