Responsibilities
- Execute new methods and technologies in the lab and monitor equipment reliability.
- Provide training for new and improvement in SOP to Lab Technicians.
- Secure planning, scheduling and execution of analysis and equipment quality monitoring using statistical tools.
- Support set up of LIMS Master data and laboratory quality system based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and ISO 17025.
- Conduct root cause analysis and take corrective action about reliability issues.
- Review test results and cooperate with other departments (ACC) to improve analytical efficiency and investigate continually.
- Implement, train, translate and review Technical SOPs.
- Be a focal point of contact with other departments and potential vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of chemistry and chemical analysis
- Experience in Lab Management, QMS and expertise in statistical tools such as SPC, MSA, 6 sigma, etc.)
- Skilled in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic team player with a critical and analytical mindset.
- Self starter and ability to work independently.
