We are currently looking for individuals to join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance and financial services companies, as a Bilingual Communications Partner, Advice & Growth Marketing.
This role is open to candidates in Montréal location.

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Communications Partner, Advice & Growth Marketing, your duties will be:
•Consulting with various teams to stay on top of projects and initiatives designed to move our organization into 1st place within the industry.
•Collaborating with company business partners and senior leadership in support of strategic initiatives.
•Developing leading-edge communications that are engaging, informative and relevant to specific audiences
•Acting as an advocate for advisors, the leadership team, and differing audiences, continually seeking new and improved ways of communicating while building engagement and breaking through the clutter.
•Dealing with ambiguity, change, and competing deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
•Developing and maintaining a network of subject matter experts from across company in support of content development.
•Contributing to a highly effective marketing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
•Presenting and defending recommendations.
•Taking the initiative and accountability for the quality of your work, operating with minimal supervision.
•Understanding and communicating within our brand tone and voice.
Qualifications
•Minimum 5 years of experience writing, developing and implementing communications for various audiences, including senior management speaking notes and presentations.
•A degree or diploma in journalism, communications or equivalent work experience.
•Experience working within insurance or financial services and/or an agile organization is ideal but not mandatory.
•Excellent process and change management skills.
•Consistent track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
•Exceptional questioning and listening skills with the ability to synthesize and interpret information to develop on-message communications.
•Collaboration and relationship management skills; ability to work effectively with others to set goals and resolve problems.
•Excellent partner management skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across levels and geographies and the ability to maintain professionalism; experience interacting with senior management.
•Strong consulting, negotiation and influencing skills.
•Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle projects, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
