We're currently looking for a Bilingual Contract Analyst for our client in Montréal. As a Bilingual Contract Analyst, you will be responsible for the full administration and implementation of each deal, working collaboratively across multiple functional areas, such as sales, pricing, billing, supplies, product and pricing admin, and order entry to ensure accurate order entry and billing.

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Contract Analyst, you duties will include but not limited to:
•Creating Negotiated Contracts for all new XS and TDSA contracts as well as amendments to existing contracts.
•Working closely relationship with the Pricing and Contracts departments
•Coordinating the set up and implementation of new contracts / amendments by interfacing with appropriate functional departments
•Providing support and guidance to the CA's in the Contract Support Centre with respect to the order entry requirements for all contracts.
•Maintaining internal DocuShare website by ensuring all contract/amendments that are signed have met audit requirements and are posted to the web.
Qualifications
•Candidate must be able to take notes, meticulous & organized.
•Minimum of 2years in a similar position
