Responsibilities
As a Bilingual HR Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
•Being responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefits
•Handling inquiries appropriately through a generic inbox and the Case management tool.
•Working with our external vendor to ensure processes and practice align with Company policy while keeping the employee experience at the forefront.
•Handling escalated issues and providing guidance on escalations, coordinating between Group Manager.
•Reviewing and manually process Benefits and Pension enrollment and enquires, while partnering with the appropriate parties
•Managing a very high volume of inquiries/requests from all LOBs through our central inbox while maintaining SLA.
•Delivering a legendary employee experience by communicating with employees from end to end while liaising with HR support groups and external partners to provide timely and accurate resolution of inquiries/requests.
•Performing complex case file reviews on behalf of HR Advice and Employee Relations.
•Ensuring prompt and thorough resolution of complex issues by engaging partners and stakeholders as required.
•Identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and efficiency and participate in the implementation and evaluation of process improvements.
Qualifications
•Bilingual in French is required.
•Strong Analytical problem solving and investigative skills.
•Organized, detail oriented and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
