Reporting directly to the Security & Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring security throughout the network and providing a unique experience to transit users.
Full time, permanent position
Work Location: Brossard
Salary : 65k
Schedule: day, evening and night

Responsibilities
For this position you will:
- Act as a resource person in matters of security for the entire network
- Interact with all customers in a proactive manner
- Assist customers, write incident reports and call the appropriate services
- Verify tickets and enforce laws and regulations
- Conduct patrols on board trains and throughout the network
Qualifications
The following qualifications are required for this position in Montreal:
- Complete file analysis (medical tests, physical tests, background analysis and references)
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Be available for a schedule that can vary (day, evening, night)
- Have 2 years of experience in the field of security or related field (social intervention, emergency service, law enforcement, etc.)
- Possess a valid license from the private security office (an asset)
