Responsibilities
Transaction & Admin Processing: Execute transactions accurately and on time (including issuing cheques, handling deposits, documentation, and rigorous record-keeping) in strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Operational Support: Perform routine administrative and occasional receptionist duties; handle sensitive customer data with the utmost confidentiality.
Risk & Compliance: Adhere to enterprise frameworks, internal policies, industry regulations, and the Bank Code of Conduct (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity).
Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities to the appropriate functions to ensure service quality is maintained.
Process Improvement: Actively review internal processes and provide actionable ideas to improve service delivery and operating models.
Workload Management: Prioritize your own daily workflow independently while remaining self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual in English and French (fluent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory).
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in administrative services or operational support.
Technical Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, and Excel are required), with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary internal systems/software.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision, quantitative accuracy, and a strong eye for detail.
Education: Post-secondary education completed.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for seamless internal collaboration.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to thrive under tight deadlines.
Adaptability to shifting policies, procedures, and high volumes of work.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Previous experience within a banking, financial services, or corporate trade-processing environment.
Knowledge of cash products (Loans, Deposits, Swaps, Forwards) or Money Market (MM) and FX Products.
Familiarity with Global and WSS platforms.
