Shift/Schedule: Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexibility required)
Work Model: Hybrid (Must attend 5 days/week onsite for the first 3 months during initial training)
Pay Rate: $33.42

Responsibilities
Manage daily processing volumes while consistently meeting strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Execute accurate data entry, quality control, and administrative tasks in internal systems.
Apply sound judgment to identify and escalate operational or compliance issues appropriately.
Adhere strictly to company policies, risk controls, and regulatory procedures (handling sensitive customer data with high security).
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal business partners and external solicitors.
Participate in brief daily team meetings (15–30 minutes) and collaborate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal).
Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional back-office, administrative, or data entry experience.
Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree.
Technical Skills: Strong data entry skills, basic computer literacy, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, strong judgment, and time management skills.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
Previous experience within the banking, credit, or financial services sector.
Familiarity with credit processing workflows and small business operations.
