Operating within a discovery-focused, cross-functional product squad, you will partner directly with Brand Marketing and Creative Studios to implement, scale, and evolve technology platforms that power creative production, content management, and digital engagement. Your core focus will be eliciting complex requirements, analyzing current-state platform capabilities against future-state needs, and mapping integrations to bring high-impact consumer features to life.

Responsibilities
Strategic Discovery Leadership: Lead discovery phases across brand technology initiatives, executing capability mapping, current-state technical assessments, and identifying future-state software solutions.
Stakeholder Facilitation: Serve as the central communication conduit between creative, content production, and digital marketing stakeholders and technical development squads, managing expectations across all levels of leadership.
Agile Artifact Creation: Translate complex business requirements into crisp, actionable functional specifications, process flows, and system integration diagrams. Document detailed user stories and INVEST-compliant acceptance criteria.
Ecosystem Evaluation: Map existing capabilities and evaluate them against industry-leading market alternatives to identify strategic opportunities for platform enhancement, replacement, or retirement.
Backlog & Sprint Grooming: Partner with Product Owners and Solutions Architects to plan, groom, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring engineering effort remains tightly aligned with corporate strategic priorities.
Testing & Change Governance: Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users. Coordinate system changes for deployment, lead product demonstration sessions, author training documentation, and champion change management workflows.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience operating as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within fast-paced Agile environments.
Industry Domain Pedigree: Proven background working on technology projects related to e-commerce, retail, or omni-channel business models. Experience within the apparel, fashion, or outdoor industry is a massive asset.
Methodological Fluency: Strong experience operating within dynamic, iterative Agile/Scrum product squads, with a demonstrated capability to navigate high ambiguity and synthesize complex datasets quickly.
Technical Tool Stack: High proficiency using industry standard business analysis and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Miro/Lucidchart.
Platform Assets (Highly Valued): Hands-on configuration or implementation exposure with enterprise DAM (Digital Asset Management), PIM (Product Information Management), CMS (Content Management Systems), or advanced marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Akeneo, Bynder, Aprimo).
AI & Integration History: Previous exposure working with automated marketing AI tools, new vendor software integrations, or web-development frameworks is considered a strong asset.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. A highly organized self-starter who drives projects forward independently with a passion for understanding the operational "how" and "why."
