Responsibilities
Solution Architecture: Work alongside cross-functional departments to understand business bottlenecks and turn those needs into streamlined, automated finance systems.
Data Storytelling: Evaluate complex information sets to identify underlying corporate risks and growth opportunities, translating your findings into clear visual presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Framework Improvement: Team up with corporate controllers to verify that all incoming system updates improve corporate compliance, internal reporting, and analytical accuracy.
Predictive Modeling: Construct and oversee forward-looking financial budget models used to advise senior management.
Modern Training Design: Lead the creation of intelligent, tech-forward training materials to help end-users seamlessly adopt new systems and process updates.
Change Leadership: Serve as a supportive guide for internal teams as they transition through corporate and system evolutions
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP (FICO, SD, MM, PS/PM, AA modules) and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
Analytical Mastery: Strong ability to interpret data, perform variance analysis, and drive actionable insights.
Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple initiatives in dynamic environments.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and lead teams through change.
