Responsibilities
Lead Stakeholder Discovery & Document Use Cases: Facilitate discovery workshops with academic stakeholders, users, and technical teams to identify and document instructional, operational, and support use cases for AV delivery studios and learning space upgrades.
Manage Project Coordination & Reporting: Act as project coordinator by scheduling deliverables, tracking milestones, managing project activities, and delivering regular progress reports and communications to stakeholders.
Coordinate Technical & Architectural Alignment: Review construction design drawings to ensure alignment with AV requirements, and collaborate closely with ITS teams to guarantee solutions are realistic, secure, sustainable, and compliant with campus standards.
Drive Procurement & Research Initiatives: Support the development of RFP/RFS materials (including scope, timelines, and vendor strategy) and conduct research into peer institution models for HyFlex, simulation, and advanced teaching spaces.
Ensure End-to-End Traceability & Lifecycle Planning: Guarantee business use cases map directly to procurement and implementation, while identifying long-term operational impacts early—including support models, training, documentation, and lifecycle sustainment.
Qualifications
Proven Business Analyst Expertise: Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements, optimizing workflows, and bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
AV & EdTech Knowledge: Strong familiarity or hands-on experience with audiovisual (AV) technologies and remote learning platforms.
Project Deployment Skills: Track record of supporting the strategic development, integration, and deployment of high-impact, scalable technical solutions.
Analytical Problem Solver: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex user needs into clear, actionable project requirements.
