Responsibilities
1. Learning Reporting, Dashboards & AnalyticsRun, maintain, and troubleshoot complex learning reports and downstream data feeds in strict alignment with data privacy expectations.
Own the end-to-end monthly refresh and publication cycles for corporate learning dashboards.
Monitor system refresh failures, restore data schedules, and manage platform access and security documentation.
Execute recurring compliance reporting workflows and coordinate automated data extracts through the formal intake process.
Perform regular data health checks and partner with internal business units to remediate data or process gaps.
2. Operational Support & Ticket Management
Provide day-to-end technical support for learning data issues, system access questions, and functional process guidance.
Manage, triage, resolve, and escalate incoming inquiries within the learning services ticketing queue in accordance with defined SLAs.
Oversee access, permission mapping, and basic upkeep of shared operational mailboxes.
3. LMS Administration & Governance Support
Maintain security profiles and support role-based permissions within the LMS, overseeing user onboarding and periodic access audits.
Communicate system changes, compliance reminders, and process updates across established organizational channels.
Author and update job aids, knowledge base articles, and internal SOPs to foster continuous improvement and automation.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline (equivalent experience/certification considered).
LMS Administration: Proven experience administering and supporting an enterprise LMS platform (Workday Learning is highly preferred), including role-based security concepts.
Data & Analytics: Strong data analysis skills with a mastery of Microsoft Excel to investigate system anomalies and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Power BI Operations: Hands-on experience managing Power BI workspaces (refreshing, publishing, access management, and multi-source troubleshooting).
Ticketing Systems: Practical knowledge of enterprise intake tools (e.g., ServiceNow) with a demonstrated ability to log and document technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Practical experience handling SuccessFactors reporting extracts and multi-platform data integrations.
Exposure to modern automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline data pipelines.
Familiarity with complex HR/learning data models and enterprise compliance reporting standards.
