Responsibilities
The mid-level Business Analyst will serve as the critical operational bridge between the development manager, product owner, director, and account management teams to ensure no details get lost in the shuffle during this major platform migration. Key responsibilities include mapping out the end-to-end customer migration journey and translating fluid, solution-focused conversations into concrete Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and technical workflows. Instead of high-level strategic consulting, this hands-on role demands actively eliciting requirements from cross-functional stakeholders—such as defining data-mapping rules, detailing client reporting needs, or setting up email suppression processes—and directly aligning those details with upcoming sprint plans and Agile development timelines.

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must bring 5 to 6 years of solid, hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in a fast-paced software development or SaaS environment rather than traditional banking or finance. Because this position is entirely remote, elite-tier communication and articulation skills are mandatory to keep cross-functional stakeholders engaged and aligned over virtual platforms like Teams and Google Meet. Culturally and technically, the ideal candidate possesses a strong foundational grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies, data movement concepts (such as integrating proprietary platforms with Salesforce), and software development environments—with specific exposure to PHP or .NET serving as a major asset. Finally, technical proficiency in industry-standard tools like Jira for requirement tracking and Miro for workflow mapping is essential to successfully turn ambiguous conversations into concrete, high-quality documentation.
