Responsibilities
Relationship Building and Nurturing:
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing sponsors, partners, and community stakeholders.
-Engage with community members and organizations to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration and support.
Sponsorship Acquisition:
-Develop and implement strategies to identify, approach, and secure sponsorships from businesses, organizations, and individuals.
-Prepare and present compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to the interests and objectives of potential sponsors.
Promotion of Services:
-Actively promote and educate potential clients and partners about the various services and programs offered by the company.
-Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create targeted marketing materials and campaigns to showcase our services effectively.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
-Knowledge of the community support sector and local market dynamics is an asset.
