We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects in the roadwork and electrical sectors.
Position: Project Manager – Roadwork & Electrical Construction
Location: Greater Montreal / Montérégie
Salary: $90,000 to $100,000, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, daytime

Responsibilities
Here’s what your day-to-day would look like as a Project Manager:
Project Management
Oversee all phases of the project life cycle: budget, timeline, quality, safety, documentation
Set and monitor project objectives in collaboration with division leadership
Prepare and negotiate contracts, change orders, and agreements with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors
Track progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
Leadership & Coordination
Represent the company in client and strategy meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Collaborate closely with division directors and service leads
Budget & Performance Monitoring
Generate project progress and cost reports
Ensure profitability and performance goals are met while exceeding client expectations
Qualifications
We’re looking for the following profile:
College or University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
5 to 10 years of experience in project management within roadwork or electrical construction
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
Strong ability to read and interpret civil and electrical drawings
Effective communicator with leadership and problem-solving skills
Strategic thinker who takes initiative and thrives in a team environment
