The civil project manager position involves the complete management of infrastructure projects, from initial planning to final delivery. You will act as the central pivot between field teams, subcontractors, and clients, while ensuring respect for budgets, schedules, and the strictest safety standards.

Responsibilities
In your duties as a civil project manager, your tasks will be varied and essential to the success of operations:

Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Develop and update production schedules using MS Project.
Actively participate in site meetings and ensure fluid communication with all stakeholders.
Ensure the strict application of prevention and health and safety programs.
Qualifications
To excel as a civil project manager, we are looking for the following profile:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or have EIT (CPI) status.
Have at least 5 years of experience in the field of infrastructure construction (civil, concrete, or paving).
Hold a valid ASP Construction card.
Mastery of Suite Office tools and MS Project software.
Demonstrate natural leadership and a great capacity for team problem-solving.
Be available to work on various sites within the metropolitan region.
