Prepare and consolidate expense reports and actively assist with budgetary tracking and financial documentation.
Create required presentations, update organizational charts, and actively participate in special projects and recognition activities.
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise impeccable judgment regarding all sensitive corporate information.
Qualifications
College degree in office technology, administration, or an equivalent field.
Minimum of 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience as a senior administrative assistant.
Solid and proven experience working within a corporate office environment is strictly required.
Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, in fluent French and English.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
Outstanding interpersonal relations, teamwork mindset, dynamism, and strong organizational capabilities.
