Develop integrated communication plans aligned with corporate and operational priorities to support organizational transformation.
Advise senior leaders and VPs on strategic positioning, core messaging, and high-profile executive presence.
Draft and coordinate executive communications including leadership messages, town halls, speeches, briefing materials, and CEO scripts.
Translate complex business and technical initiatives into clear, compelling narratives tailored to both internal and external audiences.
Enhance executive visibility through strategic thought leadership content, public statements, and digital branding (e.g., LinkedIn).
Partner with PR and Government Affairs teams to ensure message alignment and global corporate reputation management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
7 to 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, public affairs, or marketing (Minimum of 5 years required).
Previous experience in the aerospace, aviation, or large-scale manufacturing sectors is strongly preferred.
Proven track record working within large corporate/enterprise companies and supporting executive teams in high-visibility environments.
Advanced and flawless mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint is an absolute mandatory requirement.
Fully bilingual (French/English) with fluent communication skills in both official languages.
Versatile background spanning internal/external communications, marketing, and agency work, with strong project management capabilities and absolute discretion.
