Responsibilities
• Be responsible for the full monthly financial statement preparation, ensuring accurate Balance Sheets, P&L, Variance Analyses (Bridges), and KPIs.
• Ensure adequate and timely reporting is delivered to the parent company (Premium Brands).
• Manage the Budget and Forecasting processes.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls as per our policies.
• Approve all expenses and payments, utilizing strong business acumen to protect and optimize company resources.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the accounting
• Ensure continuous improvement of all systems, processes, and controls (targeting best practices).
• Support the implementation of new systems and automation tool.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent experience is a major asset.
• Essential bilingualism (international exposure context).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the full accounting cycle and financial analysis.
• Experience in the distribution or manufacturing industries is an asset.
