Complex Deal Exposure: Work across the entire rating spectrum, dealing with sophisticated corporate and LBO structures.

Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Monitor the credit quality, quarterly performance, and covenant compliance of North American Industrial and LBO corporate clients.
Credit Analysis & Writing: Analyze financial statements, industry research, and lender presentations to prepare detailed credit memoranda for renewals, amendments, and new transactions.
Stakeholder Presentation: Present credit risk assessments and strategic recommendations to Credit Committees.
Deal Support: Collaborate with Bankers on new client onboarding, prospecting, and attending client meetings.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain watchlist memos and quarterly monitoring for highly leveraged accounts, and manage internal/external loan audits.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or CFA designation.
Experience: 5–6+ years in corporate banking, credit management, or a rating agency, with strong exposure to M&A/LBO structures.
Technical Skills: Advanced financial statement analysis, corporate credit assessment, financial modeling (Excel), and a strong understanding of loan structures/credit agreements.
Soft Skills: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage constructively with senior stakeholders.
