This position is short-term (3 weeks ) with the potential for extension.
Advantages
-Pay Rate: $24 to $28 per hour based on skillset and experience
-8:30am to 5 pm (one-hour break)

Responsibilities
- General reception duties such as answering and transferring calls
- Handling mail supplies
- Greeting visitors
- Making sure the reception area is tidy
- Booking meetings and supporting the VP's with calendar management
- Professional kowledge in the financial industry is preferred but not required.
- Confident self-starter as well as a team player
- Motivated and detail-oriented as you will be tracking important information related to office security and onboarding assistance.
- Strong organizational as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities while adhering to deadlines.
- Dedicated approach to all of your duties and take pride in the job
Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous reception experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task; flexible and adaptable to change
- Excellent personable and interpersonal skills; dealing with high-level clients and heavy foot traffic and you are the face of the brand upon entry
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and other office software
