Our client, a dynamic and well-established company in the materials and tooling industry, is seeking a Parts and Equipment Rental Counter Representative in Laval. Joining a close-knit team of 8 to 10 people, you will play a key role at the service counter by providing outstanding technical advice to a diverse clientele. Permanent, full-time position (40 h/week) from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Warmly greet customers at the counter, respond to incoming calls and emails, and advise them on equipment choices.
Prepare rental contracts, handle invoicing, and draw up quotes for sales or rentals.
Perform accurate searches for mechanical parts and check availability and pricing.
Explain safe equipment and tool operation to users.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High school diploma completed.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an equipment rental center, a small engine repair shop, or commercial construction materials / hardware retail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities during peak periods without losing composure.
Full fluency in spoken and written French.
Highly organized, rigorous, and showing strong potential for working independently.
